Quick fixes promoted in some social media of Pattaya seem like a helpful avenue for low back pain LBP). There is always a new “magic” pill, device, cream, lotion, chiropractor, yoga classes which are aggressively promise to be the cure for LBP.
Thise media claim that a person with LBP needs not put in any effort to help himself out, somebody else will fix his pain for him.

People tend to take X-Ray and other scans when they suffer from low back pain. I’m not going to lie to, I, myself, ask my patients about those MRI reports when they arrive my rehab center.

I am mot the one who tends to share articles of someone else for some reasons. However, this one is worth to be shared and read, afterward. Unfortunately, medicine in all its ways has become a kind of industry to make money. I regret admitting that as I am an old-fashioned physical therapist. Many doctors have no passionate to heal patients any longer, but money to make instead

Don’t Panic if You Get back pain.
Many people experience low back pain (LBP), now and then. This is the common thing as getting tired in the evening, getting cold occasionally and feeling sad. LBP is common and recurrent, but rarely serious.

Paul, 36 yo. He lives in Pattaya. As you can see the scan reveals ACL is ruptured (by the left).
Problem: he wants to come back to play football as he’s used to with no ACL reconstruction. Stay tuned to be the first to know of his progress.
